Regulators RBI and Sebi are on their toes, trying to calm the markets. The Finance Minister has promised policy measures to ensure adequate liquidity for NBFCs. Still not enough. Debt market is quite, but people are preferring to hold cash. Add to that a fresh spike in crude oil prices, global trade tensions and Thursday's F&O expiry, and you might feel like taking a day off on D-Street.
