A whole new bundle of non-convertible debenture issues is likely to leave investors spoilt or choice. Some five finance companies are set to hit the market starting today. Wealth advisors say it may be worth locking into the issues of L&T Finance and Shriram City Union Finance, which are the best rated out of the five. In the wake of the second policy rate cut by RBI in 2019, these NCDs are offering attractive yields at 8.66% to 9.75%. The high-rated ones where the companies have sound financials and are backed by sound managements could be worth a look.
